I was not expecting anything special but I was blown away. The consommé was so good. It was clear and the flavour of the beef miso is not rich but the depth of the consommé has this sheen and so easy on the taste buds. The beef bowl is cooked just to perfection with a touch of salt and grounded pepper. The beef bowl came with three condiments miso paste mixed with beef, wasabi and pickled preserved garlic. Each condiment gives a whole new flavour to the beef. It is astounding that such a simple pairing changes the entire dish. The staff spoke wonderful english and engaging.
